PR for the charity sector
Empica provides PR and media relations services to charities, community groups and social enterprises operating in a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education and forestry.
For more than three decades, Empica has been helping third sector organisations of all sizes, based in Bristol and the South West, as well as nationally, to generate awareness and support for the work they do.
We bring strategic thinking, creativity and an eye for a news story to fundraising campaigns and other charitable activities. Whether our team has been tasked with launching a new fundraising initiative or bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to a well-established event, we will work closely with you to achieve the media coverage, awareness, partnerships and financial results you are looking for.
We also get involved in lobbying local and national government, helping charities to hone their messages and communicate more effectively with MPs and local authorities, donors and investors to achieve their aims.
We act as trusted advisers, providing consultancy on how campaigns work to best effect and how communications can be shaped to influence, engage and draw attention to key issues.
Empica also provides crisis communications and reputation management services to third sector organisations, running training courses, helping to put plans in place and ensuring clients respond swiftly and skilfully to potentially damaging situations as they arise. We act as our clients’ press office, handle media enquiries, draft and issue statements and provide hands-on consultancy advice to the leadership team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Contact our friendly team to discuss PR for your organisation or for advice on any reputational issues you may be facing.
